Surf Road Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

We're elated to invite area constituents, local council, Chamber members and those from The Academy Of Culinary Arts(as a surprise to Cole Perfetti) for the Grand Opening Weekend Celebration for Surf Road Coffee Bar & Beach Bowls. 

Adam Perfetti, Smithville's original coffee roaster has returned with his family to usher in the 3rd generation of family business owners in Smithville. His son Cole Perfetti, who is an ACA Valedictorian and Nathan Schwartz Award Winner is at the helm of the culinary aspect of Surf Road, creating the recipes for the brand's smoothies and acai bowls.

It is imperative that ACCC/ACA constituents, chefs and teachers of Cole Perfetti keep their attendance under wraps as it is a total surprise for Cole. He is aware of the ribbon cutting but does not know we have invited those from ACA/ACCC.

Please arrive no later than 8:45am if you are able and check in with either Paul Brown, the vent organizer or Christine Rubchich his event assistant for the day. We will get you ready and gathered for the ribbon cutting and photographs.
